【摘要】 就业是大学生教育价值实现中的关键。通过对大连理工大学工程力学系近五年大学生(含本科生、研究生,不含专科生)的就业情况进行统计分析,提取出毕业生就业率、就业分布状况(依据就业地域和就业单位性质划分)等数据。结果表明,毕业生一直保持较高的就业率,而在选择就业单位时,"就近"和"经济水平"成为两个重要准则。最后,针对提升毕业生就业竞争力提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment status is a key parameter to the assessment of student cultivation quality in higher education. The employment data of graduates(both undergraduate and postgraduate) in the Department of Engineering Mechanics over the past five years were analyzed, and employment rate was analyzed in respect of different characteristics of employers, such as location of employers, enterprise nature, etc. It is concluded from the data that high employment rate was maintained in Mechanics major students and the closeness of employer location to his/her hometown and the geographic economic zone the employer belongs are the two overwhelming factors when students make their career decisions. Suggestions to strengthening graduates’ competence are proposed.更多还原
