【摘要】 目的了解本科学历护士(下称本科护士)临床护理工作中的真实感受及职业发展需求,为促进职业发展提供参考依据。方法对13名本科护士进行个体化深入访谈,使用定性资料内容分析法进行资料分析。结果本科护士工作中感到价值感缺失,工作压力大,迷茫感强烈,危机感增加;职业发展需求体现在自身能力的提高和外界的支持两方面。结论护理管理者应合理使用和积极引导本科护士,为其搭建体现自身价值的平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the feelings and career development needs of nurses with baccalaureate degree,in order to provide reference for career development.Method The in-depth interview was conducted on 13 nurses with baccalaureate degree individually.The data were analyzed by qualitative content analysis method.Result The nurses with baccalaureate degree reported feelings of worthless,heavy work pressure,sense of confusion and crisis in clinical work.Their career development needs included competence improvement and social supports.Conclusion Nursing managers should rationally use and actively guide nurses with baccalaureate degree,and build up a platform for achieving their value.更多还原
