【Abstract】 For the limitation of the common ways to relieve college students’ rights,it is hard to relieve college students’ legitimate rights and interests when they are infringed,it is an effective way to relieve college students’ rights by constructing a special kind of arbitration system.To achieve this,we must construct college students’ rights relieving mechanism,appoint relative staff,and regulate proper rules so as to relieve college students’ rights effectively.更多还原
