【摘要】 近十年来,我国中央和各地政府通过一系列政策推进农民工职业技能培训,增强其就业能力,已经形成了比较完善的农民工培训政策架构体系。然而,这一政策体系在解决政策与市场、培训质量与效益、农民工城镇化等问题方面还存在一定的矛盾和改进空间。针对此,未来的农民工培训政策应努力增强科学性和针对性,努力发展以社会需求为导向的农民工培训运作机制,培训内容由谋生存转向谋发展,使农民工真正转型为有职业技能的产业工人。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent 10 years,the central and various local governments in China has actively boosted vocational skills training of rural labors by making and issuing a series of policies,and a relative perfect policy system has been formed.However,there are still improvement spaces in the policy system in solving the problems between policy and market,train ing quality and benefits and urbanization of rural labors.Aiming at these conflicts,the rural labor training policies should try to enhance scientificity and pertinence,try to develop demand-led operational mechanism,realize the transformation of training contents from striving for existence to striving for development to help rural labor force become real industrial workers with professional skills.更多还原
