【摘要】 目的对5-羟甲基糠醛在大宁党参炮制研究中的现状进行系统的分析,为大宁党参炮制研究提供科学依据。方法对大宁党参炮制的炮制方式、辅料等因素进行改变,测定5-HMF含量,考察对5-羟甲基糠醛含量的影响。结果大宁党参经过炮制后产生5-羟甲基糠醛成分,其中蜜制产生的5-羟甲基糠醛含量最高。结论 5-羟甲基糠醛在炮制过程中产生,其作用和意义仍需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstrat:Objective systematic analysis of status in the study on the processing of Codonopsis pilosula 5-hydroxymethyl furfural,and provide scientific basis for the research on processing of Codonopsis pilosula.Methods Codonopsis processing processing way,accessories and other factors change,determine the content of 5-HMF,of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural content.Results Codonopsis 5-hydroxymethyl furfural components after processing,the honey produced5-hydroxymethyl furfural content in the highest.Conclusion 5-hydroxymethyl furfural produced in the processing process,its role and significance needs further study.更多还原
